I hold a B.Sc. in Sport Science from the University of Guadalajara (Mexico) and a M.Sc. degree in Human Technology in Sports and Medicine from the German Sport University in Cologne (Germany). Currently, I am a Research Associate at the Institute of Movement and Sport Gerontology, actively contributing to the project titled 'Studying executive functions in real-world scenarios using virtual reality applications – A focus on inhibitory control.' My main goal is to advance knowledge through research, particularly in the fields of motor control, psychology, and biomechanics
