Abstract

At the course weekend from March 31 to April 2, 2023
at the Federal Training Center (BLZ) in Warendorf, in addition to a
training with video analysis, a systematic performance
performance diagnostics with the current para-dressage junior squad
was carried out. Here, the sport-specific
specific load was analyzed for all athletes in the context of their training.
Furthermore, individual conclusions and training recommendations were provided
for the 2023 season. On the last weekend of October this year, a follow-up test will take place.
