Hanwei Zhang is a PhD student and scholarship holder in the field of sports sociology at the DSHS Cologne. His doctoral research focused on the health behavior and sociological issues of Paralympic athletes.
He received his master's degree from the University of Göttingen (2023) and completed an internship at the Robert Koch Institute in the Department of Health Behavior (08.2022-12.2023)
His research focuses on the sociology of sport, health behavior and health promotion.
