Research profile

Marco Grawunder is a lecturer at the Institute for Dance and Movement Culture at the German Sport University in Cologne (GSU).

His teaching in the field of arts education focuses on personality development, participant empowerment and teaching skills.

His research examines interpersonal trust as a constitutive element of artistic-educational teaching and learning processes, using the example of the Movement Theatre as developed at the GSU.

With projects such as Act 4 Democracy (democracy education) and Listen to Gym (on the role of the body in educational processes), he initiates artistic-educational transfer formats that combine education, art and (inter)social dialogue.
