Research objective
In diesem Projekt analysieren Forscher des Instituts für Sportgeschichte / Zentrum für Olympische Studien die Geschichte und Gegenwart des Olympischen Spitzensports. Dabei wird die Entwicklung der Amateurproblematik ebenso thematisiert wie Korruption und Doping im Sport. Bezogen auf den letzteren Problembereich wird derzeit insbesondere die aktuelle Dopingproblematik und vom Internationalen Olympische Komitee (IOC) angefertigte Handlungsleitlinien analysiert.
