Abstract

Through empirical support the CLA emphasizes individual problem solutions and disfavors a focus on the instruc- tion of ideal movements disregarding the specific situation and the learner. The author intends to influence prob- lem-oriented behavior by adapting the conditions of the tasks, the environment and personal aspects. He then discusses the current missing proof of the concept’s applicability within a physical education context.
