Abstract

The current contribution focuses on the possibilities of gamification in police education. Based on empirical findings on gamification, commonalities between teachers and game designers are presented and possible synergies identified. We synthesize our considerations into a gamification framework, which can support teachers in a possible use of gamified teaching as a planning and reflection tool.
