Abstract

This article presents an immersive dance experiment with sports students. The experience of dance under HMDs in relation to observable dance movements of this target group are explored in an iterative mixed-methods research design. Indications for moments of enlightenment under HMDs are discussed from the perspectives of transformative education, digital media education and aesthetic-cultural education.
